12.5. The working cylinder of coupling - removal, dismantling and installation
Removal
1. Wrap a cover from a tank on a polyethylene film to prevent big losses of liquid at a hose detachment.
2. Release a nut of fastening of a tube of a hydraulic actuator to an arm.
3. Get a spring bracket and remove a hose.
4. Disconnect a hydraulic actuator hose from the cylinder.
5. Turn off two bolts and remove the cylinder
Dismantling
6. Remove a dustproof cover and get a pusher. Slightly knock with the cylinder on a wooden surface to take a spring and the piston (photo).

7. Turn out the union for pumping.
8. Check a condition of an internal surface of the cylinder. At detection of zadir, scratches or the painted sites replace the cylinder.

9. If cylinder details in good shape, wash out them pure brake fluid and replace a sealant (are available on sale as a part of a remkomplekt). Dress a cuff on the piston, having tracked correctness of its orientation (photo).
10. Before assembly dip details into brake fluid.
11. Collect the cylinder, having established all details in a former order.
Installation
12. Install the cylinder upside-down. Remove air from a hydraulic actuator.
