4.10. A gear belt - removal and installation
1. Execute a decompression of fuel system and disconnect the battery from weight.
2. Merge cooling liquid.
3. Install the piston of the 1st cylinder in compression step VMT.
4. Remove the air filter and covers of heads of cylinders.
5. Release bolts of rollers of yokes.
6. Take off all belts, a casing of the fan and a roller of a natyazhitel of a belt of the conditioner.
7. Remove a pulley-uspokoitel.
8. Disconnect the lower hose of a radiator from a branch pipe and weaken a collar on other end of a branch pipe.
9. Turn off a bolt and remove a branch pipe.
10. Turn off bolts of covers of a gear belt (photo). Bolts should be designated that at assembly to establish on former places.
11. Make sure that all tags on 3 asterisks are combined with motionless indexes (of a look рисок on covers of a belt and a pump housing, a photo). Otherwise tighten the crankshaft before combination of tags, having screwed a bolt of an uspokoitel.
12. Release a nut of a roller (photo).
13. Take off a belt. Check freedom of rotation of a roller (photo).
14. Before installation of a belt turn a natyazhitel clockwise on 70-80 ° and tighten a lock-nut (photo)
15. Establish a belt so that the arrow was turned forward.
16. Combine white risks on a belt with tags on asterisks (photo).
