4.13. Heads of cylinders - removal and installation
1. Execute a decompression of fuel system, disconnect the battery from weight and a speyta liquid.
2. You will take off a gear belt, the case of the gate, a vsasye the howling collector, asterisks of cam-shafts.
3. You will turn off bolts and remove a back cover of a belt (photo).
Removal of the left head
4. Remove the compressor and take aside, without disconnecting the highway.
5. Remove the distributor, the generator, an arm of the generator and a final collector.
6. Remove details of the valvate mechanism.
7. Evenly and gradually turn off bolts of a head of cylinders and you store them in an initial order (photo).
8. Turn off a small bolt in the lower part of a head (photo) and carefully remove a head.
Right head
9. Remove the pump of the hydraulic booster and take aside.

10. Remove a final collector, details of the valvate mechanism and turn off bolts of a head of cylinders (see above).
11. Turn off a small bolt in the lower part of a head and carefully remove a head of cylinders
Installation
12. Carefully clear the demountable planes of the block and a head, polish small roughnesses, banish and clear all carving openings.
13. Lay new laying (photo) on the block.
14. Wrap by hand bolts of a head of cylinders on former places. A flat part of washers of bolts has to be turned towards a head of cylinders (photo).
15. Tighten bolts in 5 stages with the set moment in the specified sequence (photo).
16. Other operations are carried out upside-down. Replace oil and the filter.
