4.6. Hydropushers - removal and installation
1. Uncover a head of cylinders.
2. Record hydropushers rubber rings from drop-out (photo).
3. Remove the case with hydropushers (photo).
4. Get pushers and you store in an order of their installation.
5. Check the pusher course, having pressured him (photo). If the course exceeds 1 mm, then in a hydropusher air got.
6. If the course exceeds norm, then establish all details removed gas distribution and start the engine.
7. Bring turns to 1000 rpm, in 10 min. stop the engine.
8. Remove the case with pushers and again check the course. If at a pusher there is still an air, then replace pushers.
9. Check a condition of pushers (see below).
10. Installation is carried out upside-down.
