6.19. The control panel of a heater and the conditioner - removal, installation and adjustment
1. Disconnect the battery from weight. Remove a tray for trifles (if it is provided).
2. Disconnect from the fan and from a heater cables. The lever of a temperature regulator is recommended to be transferred to situation Cold.
3. Remove from rychazhok of the handle (photo) and remove the control panel.
4. Unscrew screws (photo), get the panel and disconnect sockets.
5. If necessary remove and check the fan switch (Hl. 12). The switch is disconnected from the panel.
6. Installation is carried out upside-down. Adjust drafts of control of gates.
Adjustment
7. For adjustment of drafts of the delitelny gate and the gate of the defreezing nozzle at first disconnect a cable of side draft and adjust draft of the delitelny gate. Attach a cable and adjust.
8. For adjustment of draft of control of the gate of a ventilating air duct displace side draft in the direction of an arrow (photo). Holding the top and lower levers in the lower situation, attach in the order of draft 1 and 2 to the corresponding levers.
9. For adjustment of draft of control of the gate of the defreezing nozzle displace side draft in the direction of an arrow (photo). Having given the lever of the gate of the defreezing nozzle in the direction of an arrow, attach a rod to side draft.
10. For adjustment of a cable of management of airinflow give a cover of a cable and side draft in the direction of an arrow. Record a cover a collar in this situation.
11. For adjustment of draft of the crane of a heater disconnect a cable of a temperature regulator from the lever of the mixing gate and adjust draft. Attach a cable and adjust. Give the lever of the mixing gate in the direction of an arrow (photo). Translate draft of the crane of a heater in the direction of an arrow that between draft and the lever there were about 2 mm and attach thirst for the gate lever.
