11.6. A rod of a vacuum diaphragm - adjustment
1. The vacuum diaphragm with a rod provides smoothness of switching of the selector when changing its situation. Adjustment of a diaphragm (which is necessary if the selector is not fixed in the necessary situation) is provided with selection of a rod for length.
AA. Disconnect a vacuum hose on the left side of transmission.
3. Turn out a diaphragm.
4. Make sure that the throttle valve of a diaphragm is pressed to a saddle and check distance of L (photo).
5. Determine rod length from the table.
