9.5. System of a dookisleniye of exhaust gases
1. The system of additional oxidation of exhaust gases provides decrease in contents in emissions of hydrocarbons and WITH due to injection of the filtered air in a final collector. The system of a dookisleniye of exhaust gases of injector engines consists of the electromagnetic valve of a cut-off of depression (photo) operated from the processor block, reed gates with filters, a flame arrester and ejector tubes.
Check
2. Check survey a condition of all hoses.
3. Disconnect hoses from an ejector tube, idling the engine muffle a tube a finger. At increase in turns on a tube the accruing depression has to be felt. Otherwise the tube is damaged or littered.
4. For check of a flame arrester remove the air filter and disconnect a hose from a flame arrester. Warm up the engine. Muffle the flame arrester union a finger, bring turns to 3000 rpm and sharply release a butterfly valve. At the time of transition to idling sharp increase of depression has to be felt. Otherwise replace a flame arrester.

Case of the reed valve
6. Disconnect a hose from the valve case, unscrew screws and remove the case (is in the left corner of a motor compartment, a photo).
7. Check a condition of the reed valve. If necessary replace, having hooked and having pushed out the valve from the case.
8. Installation is carried out upside-down. Check correctness of installation of the valve (photo). Fix hoses by collars.
Tube
9. Pick up the phone assembled with the valve case for what unscrew case screws, the union on a final collector (grease with the getting liquid) and an arm bolt. Disconnect tube hoses from the case.
10. Installation is carried out upside-down. Grease the union with structure from a carving prikhvatyvaniye.
Flame arrester
11. Remove the air filter and disconnect hoses (photo) from a flame arrester. Installation is carried out upside-down.
