7.4. The fuel highway - repair
1. To the highway only seamless steel tubes are established (copper and aluminum because of bad vibrostability it is forbidden to establish). When performing any works with fuel system follow fire safety regulations. Before works execute a decompression of fuel system.
2. If only a part of a metal tube is damaged, then the deleted part can cut out and replace it with a rubber hose on 1 FROM mm more long. Fix both ends of a hose by collars.
3. If length of the deleted part of a metal tube exceeds 150 mm, then for connection it is necessary to use a metal tube with the pieces of hoses which are put on on the ends. Total length of hoses should not exceed 250 mm.
4. After repair start the engine and be convinced of lack of a leak.
