7.14. System of injection of fuel – adjustment System of preliminary injection (TBI)

Check and adjustment of the raised idling turns
1. Warm up the engine.
2. Make sure that the adjusting tag of a cam is opposite to the center of the roller of draft of a cam. Otherwise adjust rotating the S1 screw. If it is not possible to adjust, then replace a thermoelement (photo).
3. Check G gap between the roller of draft and a cam (photo). If necessary adjust a gap rotation of the S2 screw.
Proofreader of idling of the conditioner (FICD system) check and adjustment
4. Warm up the engine.
5. Check idling turns.

6. Turn on the conditioner and check idling turns.
7. If necessary adjust rotation of the screw (photo).
8. In case of refusal the valve of the proofreader of idling execute the following checks (photo).
а). Disconnect 8shtyrkovy the socket.

б). Include ignition, transfer the conditioner switch to the working condition and check presence of tension on conclusions of the socket (photo),
в). Check integrity of a winding of the valve.
Pneumoshock-absorber check and adjustment
10. Warm up the engine. Check idling turns, if necessary adjust.
11. Turn the gate by hand so that the rod of the pneumoshock-absorber concerned the adjusting screw of the course of a rod and check turns of the engine (photo).
12. If necessary adjust turns rotation of the adjusting screw.

13. Disconnect 8shtyrkovy the socket (photo) and check a valve winding chain.
14. If the gap is found, then replace the valve. Tighten the new valve & the set moment, having replaced laying

15. Warm up the engine.
16. Stop the engine and remove the air filter.
17. Make sure that the adjusting tag (Q) is opposite to the center of a roller {photo).
18. Adjust a cam, rotating the screw still upper edge of a cam will not be established opposite to the center of a roller (photo).
19. Check G gap between a roller and a cam (photo). If necessary adjust a gap rotation of the screw B.
